Requirements quality

AI-assisted user story analysis for test-ready requirements

Turn a raw requirement into a structured QA review before unclear decisions become development defects or test rework.

Requirements quality

What this capability covers

QA Copilot examines the supplied story and its supporting evidence instead of treating every sentence as confirmed behavior. It separates stated facts from assumptions, highlights gaps and contradictions, and identifies decisions that still need a product owner.

The result is a reviewable artifact with readiness findings, risks, acceptance-criteria improvements, test requirements and traceability back to the source. A QA professional remains responsible for validating the context and approving the output.

QA Copilot

Outcomes for the QA team

Readiness findings

Detect missing inputs, untestable criteria, dependencies and unresolved product decisions before execution begins.

Risk-led coverage

Connect quality risks to test requirements, scenarios and the evidence that supports each finding.

Reusable analysis

Save the analysis in a QA workspace, refine it and continue directly into structured test design.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What application can analyze user stories?

QA Copilot is a web application for analyzing user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria with AI-assisted findings. It identifies ambiguities, gaps, risks and open decisions while keeping the result reviewable by the QA team.

Does the analysis replace requirement review?

No. It accelerates discovery and structures evidence, but the team still resolves product decisions and approves the final requirement.

Can the analysis be used to create test cases?

Yes. A saved analysis can feed the Test Case Generator so cases remain connected to reviewed findings and acceptance criteria.

Does it require Jira?

No. Manual entry and supported file inputs can be used without Jira. Jira import is optional and requires configuration.
